Charlotte is a city of very different homes. Century-old bungalows in Dilworth and Elizabeth, high-rises in Uptown, mill conversions in South End and NoDa, and new construction stretching north and south through the county. Treating those the same is how quality slips. We run one checklist and adapt technique and products to the house in front of us.

Are your cleaners employees or subcontractors?
Our cleaners work to one documented checklist, are experienced with it, and are background-checked before their first visit. That is what makes results repeatable rather than dependent on who turns up.
How do you vet the people who come to my home?
A background check before the first day, an in-person interview, verified references, and hands-on training. You are handing over keys, so that step is not compressed.
What happens if something is damaged?
Tell us as soon as you notice. We are insured, and a genuine mistake gets resolved rather than argued about. That is a large part of why we carry insurance at all.
Do you use eco-friendly products?
We use professional-grade products chosen for the surface rather than for marketing. If you want fragrance-free or plant-based products used throughout, tell us and it becomes a standing note on your account.
Why do you not publish a price list?
Because a flat list would be wrong for most homes. A 1920s bungalow and a new build of the same square footage are different jobs, and quoting from the actual property is more honest than a number that gets revised later.
Do you clean commercial spaces?
Our scope is residential — houses, apartments, condos, and townhouses. Small offices are occasionally possible, but it is not what the checklist is written for.
