Questions

Checklist questions

Is the checklist the same for every visit?

Yes. The room-by-room scope runs the same way each time, which is what stops results swinging depending on who is scheduled that week.

Can I add or remove items from it?

Yes. Add-ons like interior windows or inside the oven can be attached to any visit, and rooms you would rather skip become a standing note on your account.

What is not included as standard?

Interior appliance cleaning, interior windows, and inside cabinets sit outside a routine visit and come with a deep clean or as add-ons. Exterior windows above ground floor and duct cleaning are specialist work we do not take on.

Do you make beds and do laundry?

Beds are made on request. Laundry is not part of the standard scope, though we will discuss it as an add-on for recurring clients.

How long does a standard clean take?

Most one and two-bedroom homes take two to three hours. Larger homes get a bigger crew so the visit finishes in one stretch rather than running into the evening.

Do you clean walls and baseboards?

Baseboards come with a deep clean and get spot-attention on routine visits. Full wall washing is a separate job and we will quote it as one.

What about pet areas?

Litter boxes, crates, and feeding areas can be included if you ask. They are not standard because plenty of clients would rather handle them personally.

Do you use different products in different rooms?

Yes. Bathrooms, kitchens, stone counters, and hardwood each take different chemistry. Using one all-purpose product everywhere is how finishes get damaged over time.

Does the checklist change for older homes?

The list stays the same; the method changes. Original hardwood, plaster, and period tile get less moisture and gentler products than newer surfaces.

What if something on the list gets missed?

Tell us within 24 hours and we come back to re-clean that area at no additional cost. The checklist is what we hold ourselves to, so a gap in it is ours to fix.

Want something added to the scope?

Interior windows, inside the refrigerator, laundry, or a room to skip entirely. Tell us and we will price it in.
