Deep Cleaning in Charlotte
What deep cleaning covers
Deep cleaning goes after what a routine visit does not: baseboards and trim, door frames, inside the oven and refrigerator, behind and beneath furniture, light fixtures, vents, and the grout lines that dull over time.
Carolina spring brings a heavy pollen season, and Charlotte summers stay humid enough to keep bathrooms and basements working against you. A deep clean at the start of spring or the end of summer resets the baseline rather than fighting it weekly.
Most clients book a deep clean once and then move to a recurring plan, which holds the result at a lower cost per visit.

Timing
When to book in Charlotte
The Carolina calendar shapes what a home needs and when slots disappear.
Late winter
Book deep cleans before the Carolina pollen season starts in March. Getting ahead of it beats chasing it.
Spring
Peak pollen. Recurring plans move to weekly or biweekly for a stretch, then settle back.
Summer
Humidity keeps bathrooms and lower levels working against you. A mid-season deep clean resets the baseline.
Turn of the month
Move-in and move-out slots fill fastest around the first. Book two to three weeks out.

Questions
Deep Cleaning questions
How is a deep clean different from a routine clean?
A routine clean maintains a home. A deep clean resets it — baseboards and trim, inside the oven and refrigerator, behind furniture, light fixtures, vents, and grout.
How long does a deep clean take?
Typically two to three times a routine visit. For most Charlotte homes that means half a day, and we bring a larger crew for bigger properties.
How much does a deep clean cost in Charlotte?
It is priced above a routine visit because the scope is larger. How much above depends on the size of the home and how long it has been since the last one.
When is the best time to book one?
Before pollen season starts in March, or after a humid summer. Booking a deep clean at those points resets the baseline rather than fighting it week to week.
Do I need a deep clean before starting a recurring plan?
Usually, if the home has not been professionally cleaned recently. It brings everything to a common standard so routine visits can hold it rather than slowly catch up.
Do you move furniture?
We clean behind and beneath what can be moved safely by one or two people. Anything heavy, fragile, or fixed stays put, and we clean up to it.
Does it include windows?
Interior glass, sills, and tracks are included. Exterior windows above the ground floor are outside scope and need a specialist.
What about grout and tile?
Grout gets treated and scrubbed as part of the deep scope. Deeply stained or failing grout may need regrouting, which we will tell you rather than scrub at indefinitely.
Do you clean vents and light fixtures?
Vent covers and fixtures within safe ladder reach are included. Anything requiring electrical disconnection or scaffolding is not.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. A deep clean needs more equipment than a routine visit and all of it comes with the crew.
