Do you clean Uptown high-rise condos?
Yes. Towers across First, Second, Third, and Fourth Ward are a large share of our Uptown work, including buildings with concierge desks and fob-controlled elevators.
Can you work with my building's management?
Yes. We send a certificate of insurance to management at no charge and follow whatever vendor rules, quiet hours, and loading dock windows the building sets.
How much does condo cleaning cost Uptown?
Pricing depends on the size of the unit, the number of bathrooms, and its condition. Tell us those and we send a firm quote before you book.
Do I need to be there to let you in?
No. Most Uptown clients leave a fob with the front desk or give us a door code. We arrange access with the building once and it holds for every visit after.
How do you keep floor-to-ceiling glass from streaking?
Uptown glass shows streaks that a bungalow window never would. We use a squeegee and a low-residue solution rather than spray-and-wipe, and work top down so nothing runs onto finished panes.
Can you clean a balcony or terrace?

What about quartz and stone counters?
